Turn Off x Keep On: What did the fight with disinformation in the time of war show us?

This closed expert debate focused on the reaction of the state during the first phase of the Ukraine war when several web pages and news servers were shut down for having spread disinformation. Was this the right reaction of the state? Should it have taken different steps? To find the answer PCTR invited the director of Military Intelligence J. Beroun, director of the Association of Online Publishers L. Matoušek, J. Šlerka, and Martin Mikyska Mikýř.
