Son of Hamas: A story of Hamas Founder’s Son

The Prague Centre for Transatlantic Relations of the CEVRO Institute (PCTR) in cooperation with publishers house Rosa Media s.r.o. organized a public debate “Son of Hamas: A story of Hamas Founder’s Son”. The debate took place on November 20, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, at the CEVRO Institute (Jungmannova 17, Prague 1).

The main guests of the debate were Tomáš Raděj from the CEVRO Institute, a leading Czech expert on the Arab world and on the phenomenon of Islamic radicalism, earlier working on the consulate in Baghdad; Jakub Szántó, a Czech journalist and TV reporter, a former foreign correspondent for the Czech television in the Middle East and Petr Jašek, a Czech humanitarian worked, a documentarist and a worker for the Czech wing of the Voice of the Martyrs organization, an ambassador of International Christian Association.

The opening remarks were held by Tomáš Pojar, protector for International relations of CEVRO Institute. The discussion was moderated by Jan Fingerland, a Czech publicist, journalist and radio commentator.
