Club Meeting with Daniel Kaiser

On the 30th of October, the journalist Daniel Kaiser was a guest of the first PCTR Club meeting in the new academic year. PCTR fans had the unique opportunity to hear his story about writing a political biography of Vaclav Havel, whose second volume has been published these days.

Mr Kaiser spoke about his meetings with the former president and shared some of the previously unknown information about Havel´s politics. The PCTR Director Alexandr Vondra, who hosted the event, added some of his own memories. Mr Kaiser spoke also about the current state of the Czech media.
