The main speakers Falah Mustafa Bakir (Minister/Head of Department of Foreign Relations, Kurdistan Regional Government) and Sergei Danilochkin (Director, Radio Free Iraq) have focused on current issues in Kurdistan and the effects of the Islamic State offensive.

The PCTR Director Alexander Vondra opened the event with his welcome speech. Tomáš Pojar, Vice President for International Relations of the CEVRO Institute, moderated the panel and discussion with the audience.
